Hello one word NUTRITION!! Go to the library and ask them to order you Endometriosis. A Key to HEaling and Fertility through Nutrition by Dian SHepperson Mills and MIchael Vernon. GREAT BOOK!! IT HELPS HONEST I DON'T KNOW ABOUT BEING PREGNANT BUT IT SURE HELPS YOU WITH EVERYDAY THINGS. Cut out fried food (GRILL IT INSTEAD) make sure you eat less red meat when you are about to come on. cut down on tea cofee lemonade coke etc less chocolate etc. Take 10 min walk everyday if can it's difficult to start off with but you do start to feel better. Hope this helped somewhat. Abi
-- Lorrie I understand exactly what you mean, you see I have had this for just 3 years now I have had every tablet, painkiller antibiotic you can imagine and nothing works (see below) and they are starting to get fed up with me too there must be something more to it musn't there. DO NOT RUSH to have hystrectomy there are other alternatives try reflexology, reiki or anything else before resorting to that. I also believe that laser surgery may help you. There are a lot of women who have had a hysterectomy and still have the pain. WAIT PLEASE DO!!
