Hi I'm turning 19 soon, and noticed I have had pain during my period when i sit down, its a real shocking pain and i have to sit down carefully and it still hurts sometimes when i do sit down slow,Also though I think I'm constipated when i have this pain. I'm not sure if thats another symptom or if thats where the pain is coming from when i sit. sometimes my periods are sorta heavy but I'm not sure what heavy is, they can cause bad cramps. I dont like to really talk to my mom about it, i dont want to go to the doctor if its really nothing, but does it sound like I could, should I check with the doctor?
