Hi shannon

First off let me say I'm sorry to hear that you are in such pain that has brought you to the ER twice since your lap....That is not something anybody wants to do. One thing I have to ask is about the sutures, Were you told you would have sutures at the biopsy sites, or did you assume that? The reason why I ask that is because I didn't have stitches internally at the biopsy sites, and neither did many of my other endo friends. The other thing is....If Your Dr only took biopsies to confirm endo, and you still have endo in there, it's probably all irritated at this point by all of the moving around of the organs in the pelvic cavity. THe pain I felt after my lap was not excruciating, but it wasn't little pain either...It was somewhere in the middle. I only took pain meds for the day of surgery, and the day after, because they made me sick. After that, I just dealt with the pain....( I say this to say that some people have a higher pain threshold sometimes as well)Sometimes The nerves and such will fire off when there is a pain overload...that causes some severe intense pain, maybe that's what is going on.... One thing I will say is make sure your pain does get under control soon. KNow that your body did just undergo surgery, it was invaded and is now trying to heal. Give it time to heal, don't overdo and rest as much as possible. If you feel there is truly something wrong inside, that something went wrong during surgery, or that you've done something to hurt yourself since the lap....Do try your best to get in touch with your Dr and find out what is going on. I hope I have helped you in some way! Please feel free to contact me via email or on yahoo messenger at anytime...I hope you can get this figured out and your pain will ease up very soon, Nobody likes to be in pain, as we know it all too well! Hugs to ya hun!!
