i liked yasmin for a month or so. it acted like a water pill for me. i
lost about 10 pounds. no acne, no bloating. pretty nice. but the mood
swings and the migraines were pretty bad to me. periods were still
painful and heavy, but not as much as before. i recently switched to
seasonale and have felt great. i did gain a few pounds and developed 1
or 2 pimples, but they go away quickly. i have light periods, but they
are extremely painful for some reason. the pain only lasts the first
day, but it's enough to keep me in bed with painkillers. i don't know
if it's because i don't have enough of a lining anymore or what. but i
don't have pain the rest of the time. only when i'm not on the actives.
and that's just every few months. not too bad.
still have mood swings, and somedays, they are doozies. but they aren't
as bad as with yasmin. headaches feel more like tension headaches than
outright migraines now.
