I can understand you wanting out of the office. I was that way with most of the doctors that I have seen. Are you willing to go out of state to see a doctor, so long as he knows what he is doing? I know of 2 other doctors that come highly recommended. 1 is in Atlanta, GA and the other is in CA. Let me know if I can do anything to help. Take care of yourself.
