Avoid anything that brings on the pain or makes it worse - physical exertion, lifting, stretching, etc.

Make sure you are getting enough rest, water and proper nutrition.

Keep careful track of all of your symptoms and report anything troubling to your doctor. Make sure you write down your concerns so you can be better prepared for your OB visit.

If anything worsens or changes call your doctor and try to be seen. If it is after hours and you are very worried or concerned then call your doctor's answering service and tell them you are going to such and such hospital and that you would like him/her to meet you there.

Think positive, take care of yourself and hope it all goes well for you!
