HELLO DAWN,
IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A GOOD DOCTOR, BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO
CONTACT A SPECIALIST. THERE ARE MORE OPTIONS THAN THE HYSTERECTOMY AND
LUPRON. I'M 37 YEARS OLD, HAVE HAD ENDO SINCE MY TEENS, HAVE 2 HEALTHY
BOYS AND ONLY HAD A SUPRACERVICAL HYSTERECTOMY A FEW MONTHS BACK.
THE FIRST STEP, YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE. YOU FOUND THIS WEB SITE. IT IS
A GREAT PLACE BECAUSE YO REALIZE YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND YOU CAN LEARN
FROM OTHERS STORIES. KEEP SEARCHING.
REGARDING PREGNANCY, PLEASE LOOK INTO AN INFERTILITY CENTER. I HAD MY
FIRST SON WITH THE HELP OF CLOMID. JUST MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU USE
CLOMID, YOU DON'T USE IT FOR LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS AND MAKE SURE THEY
HAVE YOU COME IN FOR ULTRASOUNDS AROUND THE TIME YOU WOULD BE OVULATING.
THEY MEASURE THE FOLLICLES AND COUNT HOW MANY.
MY SECOND SON WAS ANOTHER STORY. 1 YEAR AFTER MY FIRST SON, I HAD MY
2ND LAP. I HAD STAGE 4 ENDO AND THERE WAS DAMAGE TO MY LEFT TUBE.
UNFORUNATELY, THIS WAS THE ONLY SIDE I WAS OVULATING ON. LONG STORY
SHORT, WE WENT IN TO THE IVF SPECIALIST AND WERE GIVEN A 4% CHANCE OF
CONCIEVING ON OUR OWN. WE GOT PREGNANT ON OUR SECOND IVF TRY AND WE
WERE BLESSED WITH A HEALTHY SON. I GUESS WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY IS TO
NEVER GIVE UP. THERE ARE ALWAYS OPTIONS FOR YOU OUT THERE.
AS FAR AS SURGERY GOES, IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DOCTOR HAS REACHED THE
LIMITS OF HIS/HER SERGICAL OPTIONS. PLEASE CONSIDER LOOKING INTO A
SPECIALIST. MY FIRST 3 LAPS WERE VAPORIZATION AND MY 4TH WITH DR. COOK
WAS WITH EXCISION. DID YOU HAVE YOUR ENDO EXCISED?
THE TWO SPECIALISTS I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU THE NAMES OF WILL REVIEEW
YOUR CASE AT NO CHARGE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT GOING TO AN ENDO
SPECIALIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE A CURE. THEY ARE JUST DOCTORS THAT
UNDERSTAND ENDO, WHAT WOMEN ARE GOING THROUGH AND IT'S REFRESHING NOT
HAVING TO PLEAD YOUR CASE EACH TIME YOU VISIT A DR.
I CONTACTED TWO SPECIALISTS LAST SUMMER. BOTH ARE GREAT, BUT I CHOSE TO
GO TO CALIFORNIA AND GO TO THE VITAL CARE INSTITUTE OF HEALTH WITH DR.
COOK.
http://www.VITALCAREINSTITUTE.COM
http://www.CENTERFOR ENDO.COM
CONTACT BOTH AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. GO BACK TO THE DEC 14 OR
15TH 2004 ENTRY I MADE AFTER I CAME BACK FROM SEEING DR. COOK AND
HAVING SURGERY. I WROTE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.
GOOD LUCK AND FOLLOW YOUR GUT INSTINCTS.
