Well I have endo. and in the last year I have had two Bladder Infections. My symptoms sound exactly like yours. I would feel like I had to pee really bad and go and a little would come out. After two days of this I started to spot what appeared to be drops of blood but not from my vagina. So if it starts to burn a little it is definitely a bladder infection.
