Hello All, I also suffer from extreame pain and bloating after intercourse (I was diagnosed with endo about 4 years ago, and have my thrid lap scheduled in a month)...but the pain that goes with sex is just horrible, I talked to my gyno/endo specialist about it, and he refered me to another specialist, who then diagnosed me with Vulvar Vestibulitis (you can read more about it @ http://www.nva.org)...so I am now progressing with treatments for this as well as the endo. I have no idea if any of you other ladies suffer from this, endo in itself can cause huge amounts of pain with intercourse, but look into it, If it is V.V. they can cure it. Anywaz, I really just wanted to give you ladies my support, I recenly lost a boyfriend mainly due to the lack of sex. People tell me all the time that if sex is that important to him than he wasnt worth it, but I'm only 20 years old, obviously sex is a big part of any relationship at this age. It's really hard for me to find anyone who understands this, I feel like I was a bad girlfriend for not being able to give him sex...and to be honest I have a healthy sex drive and it makes me very sad not to be able to enjoy it. My hearts are with all you women who are suffering. I am only a first year nursing student, but I have access to all kinds of medical information, so if anyone ever has any questions I would be happy to help you seek out the anwswers either on the board or through email, michconnolly@hotmail.com.

Thanks for listening to me vent, Mich
