Re: Need info on adenomyosis

Sara' -- The dr. didn't mention anything about doing a MRI. Except for
the heavy bleeding and back/hips hurting, I seem to only have some
symptoms of it. My uterus is normal size. The only thing is they can't
find the source of my pain. Of course, it's been years since my last
lap so I guess it is possible that endo is back. My last lap didn't
show any endo although I was having pain and still continue to do so. I
guess that's why he suspects adenomyosis. I'm gonna give the patch a
shot and see if that helps a little. At least it'll regulate my periods
and hopefully lighten the bleeding with my period. I have alot of pain
when I ovulate & I have pain in my upper thighs..usually on left leg. It
seems to flare up around the time of my period. I also had problems
with it during labor. Seems to be tied in with my uterus somehow.
Anyhow, I know I'm rambling..sorry! :-) Thanks for the info and I will
keep in mind asking dr. for a MRI before lap is done. Maybe it'll show
something..Have a great day!!
