-- I had 2 laparoscopies already. I had my first on 1998 and the second one on 2001 and apparently my endometriosis is getting worse. I got my first shot of lupron a week ago and I am having the most terribles chronic pains i ver had before. I think I have endometriosis in my bowel and probably in my bladder. My doctor was on vacation the last week and his secretary told me to wait until tomorrow, monday. Friday, I went to 2 different emergency rooms and they were full. I had to wait 6 hours until finally I decided to leave because I couldn't resist the pain. iIt was awful.I was such in bad pain that I told my husband that I hate him and that I wanted to be by myself. I am bipolar and my hormones were driving me crazy. I was in pain, depressed and desperate. I will go tomorrow to see the doctor and I want to tell him to make me a hysteroctomy but cause I am obese, I have diabetes and high blood pressure I am a high risk patient to have a laparoscopy of go to surgery. I feel miserable and I feel nobody cares about me. My husband loves me dearly but he is frustrated he can't help me to feel better. I resigned to my job three weeks ago and I am trying to find a job at the same time I am in pain. This is terrible. I don't know what to do. I spent all the morning looking for information on internet to look for all my symptons. Why me?? About your doctor. You said she looked upset because you are smarter than her. Ignore that. I am a patient who makes a lots of questions and that is good because this is a condition that you need to know about it. I look for information in every place because I like to know what I have to expect about it. I f you are not happy with your doctor look for another one. No everybody understand what you are dealing with. I had a special doctor on Puerto Rico who used to be a sweet gentleman. He Used to explain me everything. He knew that I like to read about my condition. He was a good doctor and a friend. He was exceptional. He did my second laparoscopy. He made me feel better for years.
