You seriously need more help and attention than any of us could possibly even attempt to give you through the internet. You need to sit down with someone face to face because the questions you have asked and the help you are seeking involves more than just you and how to talk to your doctor or what diet changes to make.

Please seek out the social services available to you in your home town, those are people who are trained to help with the very tough situation you are facing.

By the way, nobody hates YOU - some of us are not real happy about the things you have done and said here and the attitude that you presented in your original post. You came across as a selfish brat then and your subject line continues that attitude. By your own admission you are an immature 21 year old and I agree, you need some hands-on guidance from well-trained adults.
