You are not alone. I have had chronic back pain for the passed couple of years. The endo has caused some scar tissue in my lower back which has caused the pain. I find that the back pain is most times worse then the pelvic pain that I have experienced. I have not had success beating this yet so I can't offer you any real advice. I hope you get some comfort in knowing that you are not alone
