Other sources of info are great, but be sure to be on the lookout for those sources of info selling vitamins. I recall going to a "chiopractor" one time that shook boxes over my head and then looked at the cat hairs on my clothing and told me I was sick because of my cats. What a joke. I got out to our car where my husband was waiting for me and laughed and laughed until my sides hurt. The solution for my pain after hysterectomy for endo was hormone related and I now live with a 75% improvement. The rest of what is left over is what really hurts which I believe is my pelvic bone tipped upward in the back making my lower back muscles very fatigued (thus hurting). There are a lot of people out there just laying in wait to make you their victim - just be careful. Oh! And I still have and adore my cats!
