Hi Alexis, I have been taking depo for 10 or 12 yrs now, I am 31 yrs old I have had no problems with depo, nor do I have my periods of course helps with the pain. I have asked my dr. about the long term use of depo, and she said I need to take at least 1500mg of calcium daily, with me not having periods my body is in menopause zone, wich may cause weak bones. She also recommended a Bone density test, which I have not done :(... I eat healthy and stay very active I walk 2 miles daily and lift weights at least 4 or 5 times a week, I was told staying fit and eating healthy is a plus when you have Endo...
