Hi there: I wanted to let you know that you are not alone in this. I have terrible ovulation pain that lasts for days. My Doc thinks that endo has returned, as I have had a hysterectomy with everything removed except my left ovary, so I still ovulate. The pain is excruciating right now! It feels like my ovary is totally swollen. I may be having it out next month. If you want to compare pain and symptoms you can email me at judydushane@charter.net. Good luck. Judy
