Endo after c- section

Hi I am new to this site and was looking for some advise. I have had two c sections and 1 year after the 2nd one, I began to experience horrible pain on the right side of my incision. Also I felt the site would become hard and tender. i went back to my ob gyn and he said it was probably endometriosis and started me back on birth control pills. This helped the pain in the beginning, but about 1 year after that i still have noticed pain that comes and goes no periods at all though, just sharp pain that is aggrevated by any abdominal movement. I went back and saw another ob/gyn in the same practice and she thought I should see a general surgeon. After that consult I was sent to a pain clinic when they were going to inject the area with steriods and anestheic, but he questioned and small tender mass that he was the only one yet to feel besides myself and was not sure it was an entraped nerve as the general surgeon felt it might have been. I am just so confused and ready to just continue on living with the pain. I have no idea what to do next. Does any have any advise or could share any similar sign/ symptoms with me to help me decide which dr to believe. Thanks.
