My sister is 20, has had about 15 periods since menarche at 11, has severe cramps, painful intercourse and intermittent sharp pelvic pain. Her laparoscopy came up clean. Her surgeon suggested a monthly injectible likely starting with a D but NOT Lupron or Depo Provera. He said a new study showed it helped women with Endo "symptoms". Any idea what he's talking about? Anyone out there her age with ADNEMYOSIS? Dr. refused an MRI saying she's too young for it!? Did anyone else have a clean laparoscopy the first time? Any other ideas? Thanks SO much ladies.
