you can probably still do situps. just do crunches for now and work your way to more. if you feel pulling pains then you might want to adjust to something else. you'll definitely feel muscle pain because you haven't worked those muscles in a while. in a week or so, they won't hurt anymore. but pulling or tearing isn't good.

i do 50-75 situps a night. no problems here. the only time it was a bad idea was when i started them a week after surgery. stupid idea. lol.

good luck with the weight. i actually lost weight on lupron, but that's because i also lost my ability to taste food. fortunately things got back to normal, but it took a few months.
