I had terrible back pain with my endo, always worse when I had my
period. During a lap the doctor snipped some nerve, on purpose :), that
was related to the endometrosis pain I had and it made a world of
difference. I wish I could remember what it was called or what the
procedure was called...I guess it's just a little offshoot nerve in the
lower back that doesn't do anything - except apparently cause you greif
if you have endo.
