Re: Back pain and Endometriosis

I believe there is definitely a connection. I suffered for years with lower back pain. I did not even consider that it was because of the endo. After my hysterectomy I noticed it was completely gone. Therefore, I do believe it is related. I noticed the relief right away. At first I just thought it was because I was in so much pain everywhere else and had to take pain meds. I'm off the meds and it is GONE! It may be different for different people but I honestly believe that the endo was causing my back pain. In case you're wondering, my pain was on the flat part of the lower back just above the tailbone. Any type of pressure (the harder the better) felt great to me. I would tell my husband just to press as hard as he could with his palm. Sometimes it would leave bruises but it felt so good! I had back labor with both of my children and originally thought that was why I had pain there. I'm just glad it's gone. I noticed another time of relief after I had my lap done too. If any of you ladies have back pain, see if it gets better after a lap. Just for experimental purposes. I'm sure a lot of other ladies would want to know too. Tracy

By the end of the day, I don't wanna do anything, but lay flat on my back. Good luck and I hope you find something that helps eliviate the pain.
