Hello!
My opinion is that it is from all the emotional stress but also probably
from too much estrogen. I used to have extreme emotional stress
starting 8 days before my period. It was estrogen dominance. I am so
much better now after seeing a naturopathic Dr. who found some natural
ways to balance my hormones: diet, vitamins...
