Just curious if anyone has experienced a hernia after having a laparoscopic surgery done? I had one 4 weeks ago for endo. This was my 4th. The incision was made up and down, not sideways..and about 1.5 inches long. I was fine for up to 2.5 weeks after it was done. The soreness had gone, etc. Then one day about a week and a half ago, I picked up my 1 year old daughter and it just felt like something ripped inside of me. I had incredible burning and a bit of vaginal spotting following. Now I have this quarter size knot popped up where the incision was made and it is extremely tender now. I can't wear anything button up it hurts so bad. I go for my post-op checkup Wednesday. But I am wondering if this sounds like a hernia? I want to be prepared....
