You probably do, but to put you into peri- menapause without the facts seems very irresponsible of your doc. I had my hysterectomy at your age, after refusing Lupron, but I know now that there are doctors who can remove your endo with only a 20%chance of recurrence; mine has recurred after my total hysterectomy. There is so much to know, I pray for wisdom for your doc, and that your pain is under control soon!
