I have had four invasive surgeries, being cut from breast bone to pubic bone, to remove tumors and endo. My bowel surgeon said that with that many surgeries the thing that they are worried about is the problem with adhesions. My surgeon said that the adhesions can be as much trouble as the endo. They can glue organs together. The masses that I have had were always stuck to one or more organs, what is your mass sticking to? That might give you an idea about the pain. Hope this helped. Julz
