Hi, My name is Allison and I have been battling with endo since I was 15(I am now 26)and have just recently learned that changing my diet might help symptomsI am also trying to fall pregnant. I am in pain prety much every day as I am obviously not able to use hormone treatment while trying to fall, but I have just learnt that eating fresh veges, fish, live yougart, eggs, berries, nuts and seeds and also cutting out or down on dairy and wheat(depending on how they affect you)and cutting out chocolate, caffinated drinks citrus and alcohol.Aswell as taking vitamin suppliments(vitamin A &E,B6,MAGNESIUM AND ZINK EVENING PRIMROSE AND FISH OIL CAN ALL HELP with the symptoms and how you feel in general.I know i get bloated, low in mood(due to hormine levels)and fatigued during particular times in my cycle.exercise, epsom salt baths and hydrotherapy are also part of this eating plan. Can any one tell me more or does anyone have any recipies based on this endo eating plan?
