unfortunately, you'll never know how your body will react until you try it. some doctors believe ovulation is what causes endo to proliferate. others say only estrogen. i don't really know. i do know that when i did fertility drugs, i had an increase in pain. but that may have just been the way my body reacted. other women with endometriosis don't have problems with fertility drugs. it's one of those things where you have to try it for yourself. good luck. it's a tough decision. maybe you can ask to start at the lowest possible dosage and see how your body reacts.
