Hi: I found a similar lump yesterday, hard about the size of a pea. I panicked and went to a walk in clinic. The doctor is referring me to a gyno, however that does not alleviate the worrying. He did not seem to think it was a gland as he thought it was too hard and he said it did not seem to be attached to anything, possible a lymph node fighting a possible infection. I had treated myself a month previously for what I thought was a yeast infection, so hopefully this is what it is. What was your diagnosis?
