Re: I suspect endo

Sometimes you do have to push for a laporoscopy. It's terrible but true. I have had endometriosis for 6 years now and I went through the same thing. I went to about 8 different gyns some of which hinted that the pain was all in my head. Finally 3 years ago, I had to almost convince my gyn to do a laporoscopy and when she did she found endo. Unfortunately, she was not qualified enough to remove it so she just left it on my bladder and uterus. She put me back on birth control pills but they were not helping. Now, I recently found a doctor that is going to do a lap in about 2 months and actually remove the endo! I recommend going to a specialist, not just a regular gyn. Look for an endometriosis specialist, they can definitely help. Good luck!
