Amber, First question, why are you worried about Depot Provera in relation to LAtex???? Just curious. As for Birth Control Pills, From what I have done in the pass, and what was explained to me, that the bcp would have to be something with Low dosage of estrogen in it, as well you would have to do it continously, skip the placebo/fourth week and go into the next package. Kindo of the concept of seasonale, although Dr.s have been telling there patients that for years so that they can SKIP THE PERIOD..... I did that for a couple months and it didnt quite work for me because it actually helped build my estrogen back up and I had a period for 2 months, it was horrendous!!!! Antoher thing is if you miss any days you can mess you system up because your missing thouse hormones you do need to push back the hormones you dont... A friend of mine's sister does continuous bcp for 6 months and then doesnt take any fo 1 month then starts back up again so it could I guess help clean out her system, and It works for hor great she doesnt have any complications from what Ive been told. So everyone is different... Its just finding what really works for you. I am doing Depot Provera, but it is every 8-10 weeks instead of 13. That is so I dont run the possibility of getting a period.... Good luck... Keep your options open!!!
