Hello! I have had extreme fatigue. A naturopathic dr. was able to finally find some problems: Anemia, adrenal glad problem and B12 deficiancy. All of that can cause it besides dealing with a chronic disease. Also get your thyroid gland tested, really a full blood work up. If your MD cannot find the problem and it continues, I really suggest this other kind of Dr. I take many, many supplements that this Dr. has suggested and that is what has worked for me. http://www.naturopathic.org
