Rebecca, I used to be tired all the time. I have found that vitamins along with working out has helped me out tremendously. My work outs, along with Yoga help give me the strength I need to make it through the day. It's amazing how much endorphins are released when we work out. I started about 3 weeks ago and it has been going really well. I am also hoping that this month (period) I'm not hurting as much. I heard that sometimes working out can help with the pain. I will let you know by the end of next week if it works. I would recommend it either way though. It makes me feel so much better physically and mentally! I usually do about 30 minutes of cardio every day. I weight lift (just toning) 3 times a week. I do power yoga every other day and the opposite days, a relaxation yoga. However, if you do believe that it could be attributed to some other underlying illness, you should really have it checked out. Good luck and take care of yourself!
