Rebecca,

I had similar symptoms to you way before my diagnoses and of coures after. I used to be soo exhaused that I LITERALLY could not move. OR I would be fine one moment and the next forget it the batteries were dead. Ive tried from GNC the Womens MEga Vitamin and they seem pretty good they helped me as long as I did take them regualrly, sometimes I would have to take 3 -4 instead of the recc 2 daily.. It took a long while to figure out what what going on with me. the reason why I say Long isbecause we think I have had this all my life because everytime I got sick as well it never was just a simple cold or flu, it always turned out to being rushed to the ER for ndehydration repiratory infections so on and so forth and multituded of antibiotics to help get me better. I was Diagnosed with Epstien-Barr virus, As long as your healthy you are good, but anything could pull it out of remission and you are without energy and no matter how much sleep you get it is never enough, etc. It is also in the family of chronic fatigue syndrome, which I have read in quite a few places that many women suffer from this or something similar to beause Endo weakins your systems.. The thing is with EBV, unless you are specifically look for it you wont find it, and there are some Dr.s that don't believe that this is a debilitating disease all on its own or even a problem, that its all in our heads..... HOW many times have we all heard that one before... Try the vitamins, also try talking to your Dr. more about your exhaustion to see if there is not any other underlying condition going on. I know now so its a bit easier for me to handle or know when I need to up my vitamin intake or not I dont have my 100% like I once did but I can get through most of my day without literally falling on my face... Hope this helps...
