I did have very painful periods as a teenager but bcp helped with that.After having my first child I started hurting every month,the day after I stopped my period and lasted from 2-10 days,everything I read on endo said you have pain before and during ,it got so bad I went to my gyn and he thought it was endo and scheduled me for a lap which confirmed it,I was so shocked.I have been in this same pattern for about 8 years.So the answer is YES very well could have endo.
