Due to your age it is illegal to give you your own medical record. However, you can have one of your parents go with you to the Medical Records department of the hospital you had your surgery. Be sure to request your History and Physical, Operative Report, Discharge Summary, and a Path report if there is one available. There can be a lot of technical terms, however you should be able to get a much better idea of what is going on. Any of the terms you have trouble with can easily be looked up online. Good luck.
