Your hematoma is probably not a common after-effect but not rare either. I would assume that you have notified your doctor and it is being treated. Your emotional state however, is more likely due to the medications you are on coupled with the stress of having had surgery, the recovery not being as smooth as you would have preferred and possibly, if any of your reproductive organs were involved in the procedure some hormonal imbalance may be at fault. The anesthesia could also be involved in both your mood swings and your fogginess. It can take several weeks for the effects of anesthesia to completely wear off. You can be very tired for awhile and if you are pushing yourself to hard the fatigue can make you less capable of coping with minor irritations. Try to explain to your husband how you are feeling, let him know that sometimes these emotions just come over you and you try to stop them but they just get away from you at times and you are sorry if you say or do anything to upset him that you do not intend to do so and you are trying. I'm sure he'll understand and will forgive your 'out of it' moments. Try to think of something that you can do for yourself or that he can do for you when you start to feel this way so that you can both get through it a little less painfully. Perhaps he can put on a soothing CD, light some candles, put a blanket on you while you lay down and take a nap. Even though the incision was small, you still had major surgery in an area that is tough to heal. Try to allow yourself extra rest breaks so that you don't overtire yourself. hope this helps
