Lainey, Everyone is different when it comes to recovery. After my last surgery it took 6 weeks for me to feel good enough to go back to work. But, I also had organs removed. I would give it atleast 2 weeks before considering going back to work. And you should be resting during that, not trying to be active until your post op appointment. God Bless!
