Hi all, Im 24 and was diagnosed with endo almost a year ago now. It was very bad at the time and I had a laparotomy nearly straight away. I was then put on the pill, ovranette continously, no period, great! Feel so much better the last few months. The only annoying thing is I seem to get little periods on and off or sometimes alot of old blood, this familiar? It comes for a few weeks then Ive nothing at all and then it returns again. I never know when it will be back as Im not meant to have a period at all at the mo. Its quite awkward though, as Im a dancer and I never know when it will be there or not and wearing little white skirts etc doesnt help on stage at all! Any solutions?? Also and more importantly, when endo returns, as Im sure it will at some stage, does that pain come back that you got in the first place,if you know what I mean! I got that severe stabbing pain and ache across my abdomen before I finally was brought in to hospital. Was it the same for many of you the second time or what happened?? Would love to hear your stories. Did anyones endo come back while on the pill????
