Does this sound like adhesions to you?

I am going to go nutz. I have had 3 laps for endo and a gallbladder removal over the past few years. I have this annoying pain around my naval that radiates sometimes to my back. I ended up in the er the other day and the doc said he felt something funny but the cat scan was normal. Blood work is fine and my gyn doc said it wasn't endo so he doesn't want to do another lap for it. Meanwhile it hurts to push around my belly button, lay on my stomach, or have my boyfriend lay his head on my tummy if we are kicking back and watching tv. Exercise irritates it and I go through phases of nausea too. Does this sound like adhesions? All of my surgeries were keyhole with the main incision at the naval. I have an appointment with my gastrointestinal doc next week. I think he thinks I'm whining. However, if he thinks they are adhesions and I should have surgery who should do it? Obgyn doc or general surgon or GI doc????? Thanks!!
