NO ONE IS ABLE TO GET PREGNANT PHYSICALY AFTER A HYSTERECTOMY. THE UTERUS IS WHERE THE BABY GROWS FOR THE 9 MONTHS.

I'M NOT A DR, BUT I DID GO THROUGH IN-VITRO FOR MY SECOND CHILD.IF YOU STILL HAVE YOUR OVARIES, I WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE EGGS, CREATE AN EMBRYO WITH YOUR HUSBAND/PARTNER'S SPERM AND THE EMBRYO COULD BE CARRIED TO TERM IN A SURROGATE WOMAN.
