KRISTY, THANK YOU FOR THIS POSTING. I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO RECENTLY HAD SURGERY WITH DR COOK. YOU ARE CORRECT THAT THERE IS NO 100% GUARANTEE THAT IT WON'T COME BACK AND THEY TELL YOU THAT. KNOWING THAT, I STILL CHOSE TO GO THIS ROUTE. I WILL REMEMBER TO MENTION THIS TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE WHO ASKS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. IT'S EASY TO GET EXCITED WHEN YOU FIND A PLACE THAT YOU HAD ALWAYS HOPED WAS OUT THERE.
