KRISTY, THANK YOU FOR THIS POSTING. I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO RECENTLY HAD SURGERY WITH DR COOK. YOU ARE CORRECT THAT THERE IS NO 100% GUARANTEE THAT IT WON'T COME BACK AND THEY TELL YOU THAT. KNOWING THAT, I STILL CHOSE TO GO THIS ROUTE.

I WILL REMEMBER TO MENTION THIS TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE WHO ASKS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. IT'S EASY TO GET EXCITED WHEN YOU FIND A PLACE THAT YOU HAD ALWAYS HOPED WAS OUT THERE. SO REFRESHING TO NOT FEEL GUILTY ASKING FOR PAIN MEDS WHEN YOU HURT (YOU SIGN A PAIN MEDS CONTRACT) AND NOT HAVING TO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO "SELL" YOUR DR ON HOW YOU ARE REALLY FEELING AND CRAM ALL OF THIS INTO A 10 MINUTE OFFICE VISIT.
