Jen,
Please seek help from a counselor or doctor immediately. Suicidal
feelings need to be addressed now. Your doc can give you
antidepressants to help you. A counselor could help by giving you a
place to vent your feelings.
You also need to be careful about taking vicodin and codiene. They are
highly addictive and can cause depression. Taking medications from
friends is not only illegal, but dangerous. If you doctor doesn't
listen to you, keep looking for one who will. They can help you manage
your pain.
Have you had a laparoscopy? I am not sure a CAT scan will show
endometriosis. Talk to your doc about getting a laparoscopy.
Please seek some help now.
