Hi Andrew,

I had surgery with Dr. Ceana Nezhat in Atlanta last April and he really worked miracles with me. My regular dr. had done surgery the previous April and was unable to treat me and just closed me up without doing anything. I was on my second course of Lupron for 6 mos and was in terrible pain. I was on the verge of having to either quit my job or reduce my hours when I hear about Dr. Nezhat. He and his staff are wonderful. He was able to remove my endo, as well as some small fibroids, adhesions, and my appendix which was fused to my uterus from scar tissue from my other surgeries (the procedure w/ Dr. Nezhat was my 3rd). I was out of work for about two weeks and someone from his office called me every day, including on weekends, to check on me. He called me himself 3 times. He operates out of Northside, which is an excellent hospital. I was allowed to recover in a private room, which he requires for his patients, and the nursing staff took excellent care of me. At one point, I was having a problem pretty late at night, and the nurse called him and he gave instructions about what he wanted them to do. He told me a lot of things I didn't know even though I'm pretty educated about endo since I've been through so much with it (for instance, he will probably take your wife off Lupron-he is totally against it). I really can't recommend him enough. God forbid, if it comes back again, I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else. Good luck and I think it's great your taking such an active role in your wife's care.
