As Ashli said, it can take awhile depending upon how much endo was removed. Whenever you have someone poking around in there touching stuff that usually isn't touched, moving it around, lifting here, pushing there it's only natural to feel a bit bruised and sore on the inside. Particularly if you move a little too fast or change directions suddenly.

However, if you are having other symptoms such as fever, discharge joint pain, nausea or vomiting then you may have something else going on that needs immediate attention and if so then head for the emergency room. Normally you could just wait until the next day if the doctor's office would be open but during holidays you can't wait that long.
