I have tried using percoset which has helped but dr's are reluctant to prescribe it because it is a controlled subtance. Also tylenol with codine helps as well. These are both strong meds, it really depends on what your body can handle. I initally starting using Naproxen (a prescribed version of Aleve) but my body just became immune to it and now the news is saying that taking it reguarly can lead to heart trouble. That has been my experience. Also, of you are looking on a natural/homeopathic front, I would check out Tahitian Noni Juice. It is said to work wonders on the immune system, pain and other diseases/ailments. I have tried it but not on a regular basis. I hope that you can find something that works for you. ~ Tia
