I had my second lap in october of this year, following a laparotomy 2 weeks later because while taking my appendix out during the lap, they left a staple in me causing a bowel obstruction. Anyways I was feeling great after the lap and then after this past surgery I started getting extreme pain. Intercourse once again hurts and my periods hurt also. The strange this is, I've always had pain all the time, not just during my periods and that is also back. The doctor just told me the other day that my endometriosis must be really aggresive because he got all of it, and there wasn't much because I was on the lupron shot for 5 months. He told me that If I was considering having kids in my life that it's something I should think about within the next couple of years becasue my ovaries may need to be taken out. I'm 21 yrs old and that is really scarey. I don't want to go ahead and have a kid and then 5-10 yrs down the line realize that it wasn't something I had to rush. But then I don't want to look back and wish I did have kids.... I 'm so confused. if the relationship I was in right now was a bit more stable than maybe my choice wouldn't be so hard. I don't know what to do I just need someone to talk to merry christmas, and happy new year to you all - stacy
