Hi Cinni,

No personal experience thus far, but one never knows given the length of time I've had endo. Anyway, I did a Netscape search on Endo and usage of Trental and found this on The Endometriosis Center A Division of Sher Institute for Reproductive Medicine: "Use of Trental for the Treatment of Endometriosis Chronic Pelvic". I found other articles as well which you could probably also find on Google in IE but here's the Netscape search link (if you don't have Netscape, just paste this into your Internet Explorer and it'll open the webpage just as if it were Netscape)

http://search.netscape.com/ns/search?query=Trental+usage+for+endometriosis&fromPage=NSBoom

Oh, my first search came up with the usages of Trental and many findings "suggested" that Controlled-Release form was better than Immediate-Release form suggesting more side-effects in the latter. And here's the search http://search.netscape.com/ns/search?query=Trental&x=10&y=16&st=webresults&fromPage=NSCPIndex2

Footnote: Check when the paper was written and to WHOM it was written for..found some for veterinarians, senior citizens, etc...Not sure I found ANY specifically toward women and drug interaction in this search which was why I did the Endo and Trental search.

I wish you much luck in this...
