Hello. I think I'm the only one who has had good results from
Depo-Provera. I have been on it for about 3 years. I started it just
over a year before my 1st lap. it completely stopped by pain for about
8 months. The pain slowly came back, so I decided to have the lap to
make sure of what I was dealing with. I continued on the Depo after the
surgery and was pain free for over 6 months. Since, I have remained on
the depo & only have pain every once in a while. it seems to have
helped me and I would only stop if I wanted to try having children. It
is a very personal decision, so be open & honest with your dr. I hope
this is of some help.
Good luck,
Michelle
