Dear Amanda,
I don't know if this will help but maybe you're looking in the wrong
place? It could be your kidney, pancreas, or stomach. Do you have any
type of reflux? A kidney stone would be painful too. Since you had your
ovary checked why not check the other things that are located there. I
hope you find the source of your pain soon. My heart goes out to you.
