Constant Left Ovary Pain-HELP!

In September I was found out I was pregnate. The day after I found out I started to miscarry. I was in so much pain! My pregnancy levels never dropped-they discovered I had an etopic pregnancy. The doctor said that was probably causing all the pain on my left side. Well, after two doses of methotrexate the baby was still growing. I ended up having surgery (lap) in early Oct. where they found a cyst on each ovary and the baby in the RIGHT fallopian tube. Well, after the lap, and removal of the baby (they didn't take any ovaries or tubes) the left sided pain was still there. Worse than ever, it hurts to walk. I have had several tests (cat-scan, ultrasound, MRI, colonoscopy, sigoscopy etc.) and they didn't find anything. In Nov. I requested they go in and do something, I could not take it anymore. The doc went in (lap) and found I had endotremetriosis on the right side with several adhesions and a new cyst on my right ovary. But NOTHING on the left (ovary and tube perfect size and shape). Since, my doctor recommended me to take Lupron. I have had one shot (day before Thanksgiving) and nothing has happened. It has gotten worse. The doctor said I needed to stop taking the Percocet because I was taking so much! Due to the PAIN! I am still in pain and can hardly walk, can't sleep, I am scared to ask for pain meds (over the counter meds, hot pad, ice do not help) to keep me at peace for fear my doctor thinks I am a pill popper. Has anyone ever had an undianosed ovary pain? Any help or suggestions for my doctor? Sorry so long...
